Tickety, Slippery and Periwinkle are the characters that drew the clues. Tickety drew the first clue, Slippery drew the second clue and Periwinkle drew the third clue.
Slippery had to ask what the first clue was because he wasn't around to see who drew it.

"The Birthday Song" from "Blue's Birthday" was sung in this episode, but the lyrics were changed to: "Everybody play, it's Joe's Special Day, Happy Birthday!" because it was Joe's Birthday in this episode.
This episode is often considered the Joe version of Blue's Birthday only it's Joe's Birthday.
This is the 1st time Joe was seen in a blue shirt.
