Moona is a moon fairy. She helped Blue find a Key, which unlocks a special room. Inside the room, Blue is able to talk and walk on her hind legs. Moona is seen at the end of every "Blue's Room" episode, telling Blue that it is time to leave and go see Joe.
Looks
Moona has a cyan skin, sparkly blue hair and two pigtails in dark blue bows. Her body is the same color as her hair. Moona usually carries a wand with a blue stem and a crescent moon shaped top.
Appearances
Moona appeared in every Blue's Room episode, and all of Season 6 of Blue's Clues.
